Vonage UK 0845 numbers aren't "premium", they're "local rate", but since real local

UK 0845 numbers aren't "premium", they're "local rate", but since real local number charges have dramatically decreased, and charges for calls to 0845 numbers haven't, they may seem like "premium" numbers. From a BT landline you only pay 3-4p/minute during the day and 1p/minute nights and weekends. But Vonage charges U.S. customers who call them a premium rate totally unjustified by the actual cost of terminating calls to them. The international rates page explains the rates clearly for each country. These are "LCFA" numbers, and cost $0.28/minute, according to that page.
