Vonage Tuesday came around & the issue is still not fixed. I called again & Christina





Tuesday came around & the issue is still not fixed. I called again & Christina answered. I was immediately irate & asked for her badge number & she said it was "12345" :lol:. Anyone that has paid attention to liars can tell you that badge # sounds rather iffy at best. That sounds like a quick made up number to avoid trouble.

She says that the ticket says my problem has been resolved. I guess you have to tell them whether they fix something or not. She put me on hold for a very long time again, "Thank You". She eventually says that the number is still available but the system will not allow them to give the number to me. O.K.

They say they can't do it & give me no solution at all. I just have to wait a whole lot more just to see if they might be able to do something & if they can't I guess I am just screwed. Their answer to the problem is to get you off the phone so they don't have to deal with it. I said I will give you a little more time & I am going to cancel my account & she has no problem with that. Like, o.k. you can cancel if you want. I'm sure corporate wouldn't like to know she doesn't care. I said when I call back to cancel are you going to refuse that to & she said, "No, they will cancel it for you". I guess Vonage is trying to cut down on customers; they must have too many.

I also asked about talking to a manager again & she said she was a supervisor. I guess they all are supervisors or they will tell you that anyway. I said "do you not have any bosses" & she said "yes we have bosses but they aren't taking calls", how convenient. I knew I would receive no help so I ended the call.

I had no choice but to write corporate & complain about the entire matter. I gave badge numbers & names. I took a lot before I broke down & had no choice. This may not get any results either though.


This is part of what I wrote to corporate:


YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER USING AMERICANS TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES. THEY MAY EVEN LIE LIKE THE FOREIGNERS & BE RUDE LIKE THEM BUT AT LEAST WE CAN UNDERSTAND THEM.

I AM A LONG TIME, LOYAL CUSTOMER. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN DISRESPECTED & GIVEN TERRIBLE SERVICE IN RETURN. I CAN UNDERSTAND THIS FROM UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ANSWERING YOUR PHONES BUT I HOPE YOU DON'T FEEL THE SAME. IF YOU DO THEN I WILL DISCOUNTINUE MY SERVICE AND MAKE IT MY DUTY TO INFORM EVERYONE I CAN OF THE VERY SUB STANDARD SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM Vonage VIA MY WEBSITE, Vonage FORUMS, & ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET I CAN.

I FEEL I HAVE BEEN WRONGED & WAS GIVEN NO CHANCE TO SPEAK FOR MYSELF. I EXPECT COMPENSATION OF SOME KIND OR I WILL NOT LET UP IN MY PURSUIT TO EXPOSE THIS DISGRACE.

This is a long post because what Vonage did to me was long. If you are a Vonage customer
thats just terrible!!!! id like to suggest that you reach account management,
they do have some system issues... maybe thats why they cancelled the wrong
changing a number has a standard fee of 9.99. vonage is in business.understand
