Vonage Trying out vonage since I've heard that some have had success with it via wildblue

Trying out Vonage since I've heard that some have had success with it via wildblue satellite isp, but so far my success is limited.

I hear the other end of the call just fine, but what they hear is garbled/choppy. I'm using a WRTP54G router. I've set the bandwidth saver to 90K (was 50K) and that seems to be the only thing I've found that I can configure.

My download/upload speeds are (from a recent test) 1370 down and 219 up. Ping times are in the 500-700ms range.

My results from testyourvoip.com are horrible...MOS=1.0 with huge packet losses around 90% and latency of 1454 ms testyourvoip.com/mytestresults

At this point, I'm not sure where to proceed, except to unplug the router and return it to best buy.
