Try resetting the router first by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for 15-20seconds. Then see if your computer is actually getting and IP address from it. You can do this by going to the start menu and clicking on run. Type in cmd in the box and click ok. In the new command prompt window that comes up type ipconfig and hit enter. If you see a valid IP address there, make note of what the default gateway is. This default gateway address is what you need to use to get to the Linksys configuration page.
