Vonage Today the noise seems to be "tolerable". I tried calling Vonage tech support

Today the noise seems to be "tolerable".
I tried calling Vonage tech support and was on hold for 50 minutes, before my wife rebooted the cable modem (not knowing that I was on the Vonage line) and the call got disconnected.
I sent them 2 e-mails and got an auto-reply. It has been 24 hours since my e-mail and no one has either called me or e-mailed me.
I guess what I heard was correct. Vonage tech support is terrible.
Looks like Vonage is not able to handle their growth.
I m still trying the Vonage service. If the noise issue continues, then I will not switch my POTS line.

I have a questions to all the other Vonage users.
Which phone adapter has the least problems ? I got the RT31P2.
