To go back to the original post, I think a simple panasonic switch would work the best for you. They had a 308 hybrid switch that will give you three lines and eight telephones. You will need to run telephone wire from the KSU (Key Service Unit) to each telephone, but this will allow all your incoming calls to come in on your landline (line 2) but when you call out you can use line 1 which is your Vonage line. This will give you the best of both worlds. Cost is probably less than $1000 but you will need a dedicated telephone line to each telephone. You can use single line sets for your extensions, but you will need a panasonic key phone for the main extension to do the programming.
