Vonage To complete my internet setup with Vonage. I need to change the subnet to 255.255.240.0
To complete my internet setup with Vonage. I need to change the subnet to 255.255.240.0 but when I change the subnet mask in the router it reverts back to 255.255.255.0. Due to this I cannot complete the installation. Any idea how do I go about changing it?
Also, the power light keeps flashing and is not solid.
The ISP says that they can ping my cable modem and the MAC id of the Motorola 2442 Vonage router as well as the ip is registered and all that I need to do is change the subnet to 255.255.240.0
