However, I neither have the time or resources to go through what he did, just to prove Vonage has an issue. I know there is an issue based on my phone service and the way it drops calls etc. I have called Vonage a few times in the past and each time I can barely understand the tech support because of their heavy accent. So I guess I have 2 choices. Put up with it or ditch Vonage. Time to ditch Vonage I guess because I NEED a reliable phone service, not some flaky half-assed service. NO wonder it is only 29.99 a month?
