Andy Abramson posted on his Voip Watch blog at 3:00am today that the Vonage IPO has been canceled. But now the page is gone from his blog. I wonder what that is all about???

Here is what Andy said:

According to a story in the print edition of the Saturday Newark Star-Ledger the long awaited IPO of Vonage has been cancelled.

"We realized that being private will allow us to continue to grow our business the way we have better than being public would allow," said an unnamed Vonage spokeswoman.

My take is that Vonage's projected share price wasn't going to be met.
