This is most likely an issue with either 1 of 2 things. 2 cordless phones interfering with each other, or 2 the customer is using DSL for internet and when the PSTN line w/DSL rings it is causing packet loss on the internet connection. Now you WILL NOT notice this packetloss with web browsing but you will notice it when your VOIP conversation drops. This may be something you have to take up with your ISP.
