This is a problem for Vonage. Several firms in the telecom ether collect "Calling Name" information for telephone users. This "Calling Name" information is provided to them by the underlying carrier that is using the number. Vonage IS NOT the underlying carrier (in fact they're not a carrier at all). Your telephone # is provided by 1 of 2 CLEC's (PaeTec and/or Focal Communication), thus it's up to them to supply the Calling Name information. For Vonage to make this work, they'd have to provide the information to the CLEC and then in turn, have them communicate this information to the CNAME database firms. This is not something you want to do manually, so I might guess that Vonage simply hasn't gotton around yet to figuring out how to automatically provision it. This also holds true for listings with directory assistance.
