Vonage This all started with my WRTP54G out of the blue about 2 weeks ago. While on

This all started with my WRTP54G out of the blue about 2 weeks ago. While on a call or not on a call my inbound sound will completely shut off. For example, if I am on a call with someone (it doesn't matter if I called them or if they called me), the inbound sound will just stop as if nothing is coming through. Like I also said, even when I'm not on a call (and the phone may have worked in the previous call) I'll pick up the phone and hear a dial tone. Then I'll proceed to call someone...I dial the number but there is no ringing sound on my end all while they receive the call and are saying "Hello?? Hello??". To temporarily remedy the problem I rebooted my WRTP54G. A quick reboot will not work. I had to power off the router for at least 1 minute then power it back on to have the phones work properly again. After a day or less then a day, the phones would stop working again. Annoying is an understatement. The way this router was configured was this. Internet>Motorola SB5120 Cable Modem>WRTP54G Router>Computers I had a spare D-Link VWR sitting in my closet so I decided that it may be the router. Last week, I switched them out and spent an hour on the phone with tech. support trying to have the guy input the new MAC address in his system. He finally did and the router seemed to work but not for long - a day later the same exact problem began again. I thought that the routers may have become overloaded with all of the traffic and thus overheated so I put the VWR behind an older WRT54G that was given to me from a friend. This had the latest to date (a week ago) Linksys firmware installed. The problem was still an issue. Here is the way I had this setup. Internet>SB5120>WRT54G>VWR So here I am today, still resetting my router once or twice per day, having absolutely NO idea what is going wrong. I have tried DMZ'ing the VWR from the WRT54G, opening ports manually, turning off every firewall I have in the house on all routers/computers, switching the setup back around to where the VWR was in front of the WRT54G.... no success on any level. The phone system that is connected to the VWR is a Panasonic cordless and expandable phone system. We have multiple phones on it and the base unit and all handsets are self-powered. I live in the New Orleans area, LA and my ISP is Cox Communications. I have speeds of 7Mb down and 512Kb up. Speed tests confirm these speeds...my upload actually runs around 560kbps give or take 10 kbps. These are results from www.testyourvoip.com when the line works after a fresh power cycle of the VWR. However I remember my QoS being the only button that showed RED. I had a QoS of 45% on one test then it was 55% in another. I could really use some help with this. Anyone?
