the punch line that this is... i did just that. they tell you exactly what you want to hear to get the service. i was told the i could activate fax lines and keep my fax numbers... not true.
i was told the the total of 12 lines i activated would have the 1500 min plan... again, not true and i got charged to change the plan.
i also read on the Vonage site that this is a month to month service and we could close our account any time... that was true, but after many service issues, i was charged $39/line to disconnect.
since we chagned our service back to Verizon, Vonage customers are no longer able to contact us.
