There are some threads at dslreports.com I believe that the extra fee is waived if you have a mobility account with a contract. Otherwise, I've heard of $15, but honestly I do not know.

• Hey, I was just wondering if anyone here has dark adsl from telus, I mean telus
• Telus charges an extra fee if you want a DSL line, without a phone number, from Telus.
• The CRTC recently ruled that the incumbent telcos, including Bell and Telus,
