The same thing is happening to me. I have had Vonage for a couple of years now and have been using the Uniden DECT 1080-3 the whole time. In fact, I purchased the phone system to use with Vonage. I have never experienced any problems with the answering machine. We had an electrical storm last week that fried our Linksys Voip router. We purchased a new router. I do not know who the manufacturer is but it has Vonage written on the top of the router and is model # is VDV21-VD. I contacted Vonage last week twice and we tried some trouble shooting steps and "tweaked" the settings. Long story short, the answering machine still drops the incoming caller after the outgoing message is played and Vonage says it's a Uniden problem. I just spoke with Uniden and a manager is supposed to call me back today to let me know if he is aware of any compatibility issues.
