After a little rooting around and several missions back to the joint, I managed to get one in my hot little hands. It was populated with funds the next morning after registration with Vonage via IWANTSERVICES.com. If you use a Gift Card, it will not work.

BTW, not ONE person at WalMart knew ANYTHING about this process. I blame management.
