The challenge that you will have with pretty much "any" soft phone on a pocket PC is that the pocket PC is not designed to stay connected to WiFi all the time. Instead, it is intended to connect to WiFi, do what it needs to do (exchange information) and then drop the WiFi by turning off the radio. If you make an outgoing soft phone call, this is OK, since you are talking. However, in order to get an incoming call, the PC needs to be connected to WiFi all the time - or the service will send the call to voice mail or to where ever it goes when nobody is registered to the account. You could probably find some settings in the pocket PC to have the WiFi stay active all the time, but your result there would be that the batteries would last at most 3 or 4 hours (you would have the same battery use for standby and talking).
This is why there are specially designed WiFi phones that are designed to optimize battery performance when used as phones.
