That worked fine, thanks. What I would recommend is removing OpenVPNup from 101 and just leaving VonageUp in there. Put VPN in 100 if you want. Other than that the config looks ok. What I can suggest though, is to run some speed tests to make sure you're really getting the upload speed you think you should be getting. QoS applications don't just reserve bandwidth, they only invoke traffic prioritization when there is congestion. So, if you say your maximum upload speed is 800Kbps, but you really only get 400, you could actually be experiencing congestion, but QoS won't kick in because the router doesn't believe its necessary.
