That's what I told them. They said since I didn't get another vtech and got the router instead, (the vtech was listed on the order sheet,) they said they had to switch it at shipping and that's why it wasn't activated.
It's Saturday afternoon and it still hasn't been activated. They did say they might get around to it this weekend, but they said since it's the weekend maybe Monday.
