Vonage knew what internet service I have when I ordered the service, they said they would call ATT for me and take care of the transfer for me. Then, when I called them when my phone stopped working, they informed me I would have to keep my land line or switch ISP's. I should have been told this beforehand, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. That is my point and it is a valid one. All I am saying is, Vonage should verify their customers equipment will work with their service before leaving them without a phone and then informing them afterwards that it will not work. That would be good customer service.
