That is very interesting. I complained and opened tickets with Vonage when I got my Linksys RT31P2 and Vonage said I was crazy and that it was always suposed to be 11 digits. I argued with tech support till I was blue in the face but they could not or would not listen and understand so I gave up. Now you are saying that the new RTP300 is showing 10 digits. Well My question to Vonage is "What is going on that some of your devices show 10 digits and some show 11 digits". I am saying that it should be 10 or at least all of your compatable devices should show the same thing. We can't say it is because of my old device any more because the new devices are also showing 10 digits. Sup Vonage???
