That is the way I have ine set up and it works fine!. I can acess the Vonage router as well as my Linksys router. Also, downstream I have a hub, a switch and a wireless access point, all work fine in this configuration. BTW, having the Vonage router first "Should" provide QOS management for your Vonage phone service, gving it priority over the downstream protocols.
