Vonage That Toshiba 2600 is not a roadrunner VoIP modem is it? Does it have any phone ports

That Toshiba 2600 is not a roadrunner Voip modem is it? Does it have any phone ports on it? I have heard that those do not work with Vonage. You may need to call RoadRunner tech support and see if you could swap your modem out for a Motorola SB5100 or something. Im currently using that modem and it works great.

Also you have it hooked up like the following?

CABLE OUTLET->CABLEMODEM->RTP300->COMPUTERS

Or do you have some sorta special setup?
