However there is still a problem with the online help to get into tech support. Tried it a few minutes ago, and hung up AGAIN.
Seems to me that there is problems with the server, and that there MUST be a way to contact Vonage in a similar circumstance.
For those who criticized my "attitude", please remember:
1) that I had tried to follow the recommended protocols getting the situation resolved, but the web site was screwed up
2) the problem was caused by Vonage sending me a DOA router replacement
3) It took that sort of "attitude" to get attention and eventually solve the issue
It is one thing to express justifiable, righteous indignation, and quite another to be abusive to people. I did the first, but never did the latter.
