Thanks for the very fast reply. The CallerID software I'm using is Identify!, however the problem is not with that software. I've been able to confirm that the Modem itself is not recognizing incoming calls by using HyperTerminal. When I call my home number with HyperTerminal running and connected to the Modem absolutely nothing happens. If I do the same thing with HyperTerminal running on my work laptop connected to my home phone line it displays RING. What I've heard though, is that VoIP sometimes has a low signal strength and some modems are not able to detect the incoming call. That certainly would explain the issue even I don't have any issues with my home phone(s). Of course, it would be much cheaper to find a modem that works with my current setup, but oddly the AOpen model is one that I've heard other Vonage/CallerID users have had success with. Previously I tried using a "U.S. Robotics V.92 PCI Faxmodem". That modem did at least recognize the incoming call, but it didn't recognize the Vonage Caller ID information. I suppose the problem could be with the modem itself, but I don't have any other way to test it against a standard Verizon phone connection. Mike
