Thanks for the suggestion. I had already read that and tried a dfferent power supply before I called Vonage. I stated earlier in this forum on page 2 that I tried a WRT54GS power supply. It was not grounded like the Radio Shack model. Also, both of my RTP300 power supplies work fine with the refurb RTP300. Both have static with my original RTP300. I'm 99.9% sure it is not a power supply problem.
