Thanks for the link. I currently have my Vonage set up per Option 1: Single LAN. I would assume that putting the Vonage router first would improve performance, but the link you sent says otherwise. My Linksys BEFSR41 is supposedly full duplex but I still believe it is not that good (older technology).
THANKS! I think that is what I am look for. The BEFSR41 connects to a nearby computer then then uplinks to a hub, which supplies the house (four hardwired ports) one of which goes to a swtich with a PC, a server and a wireless access point.
I do have some port fowarding settings on the BEFSR41 for timbuktu and Real VNC, but could set those up on the the VT2142 I suppose.
