Unfortunatelly, the provider (iconnechere / deltathree) says that it's definately a ports issue.
I don't think that the router blocks certain ports, because I tried it also on my previous apartment (with a different router that wasn't configured to DMZ) and it had the same problem.

Another unfortunate problem is that since it's a shared internet connected to the entire building, I don't have the password to the ISP DSL connection. Therefore, once I hard reset the router it will forget this password and then I won't have internet at all...
Also, the building manager wouldn't give me the password or open ports because he is a primitive and unthoughtful person who believes that it will hurt other users in the building. :-(

Does someone have a suggestion how to approach this problem from the PAP2 side?
