Thanks Steve. The recorded message says: "This telephone line is not provisioned for use. Please try the other line". Major difference (in old & new setup) is that Im now connecting 2 computers through an Intex Switch. Vonage was working fine when I was connecting it directly to the modem with just one comp. But even now, when I'm trying to connect it with the same old set up, it is not connecting. Now I'm not getting the internet/phone service in either of the set up. Changes that I've noticed after the new set-up: 1. Power light blinks continously. 2. Phone 1 light never glows 3. I do not get internet (even after trying the troubleshooting steps provided in Motorola manual). 4. All the lights on the Modem glow as required Do I need to make any changes in router configuration in 'voice gateyway's default IP address'? (though I dont remember doing it in my old setup)...
