So I realized I was back to square one...
This is where it gets confusing for me.
Pingplotter still shows +/- 30 % Packet Loss at 68.87.207.81
But just for the heck of it, I hooked up my Vonage box and tried a few calls. I made 4 test calls 5, 15, 40 and 70 minutes long respectively without a single problem.

Don't understand what's going on. I read somewhere in another forum that PL is expected and normal in all networks because some devices are "capped" at a certain level and stop responding to pings and/or traceroutes. I initially thought this was completely nonsense but now I'm not so sure.
I'm really puzzled.
Will keep testing. I'm not sure whether I want it to fail or to work OK.
