Sorry for the delay; things have been busy around here.

Your test results are actually pretty poor with those long delays, but that probably doesn't explain the complete failure that you're experiencing.

The fact that you reset the VT2442 may explain why the original setup no longer works. With DSL in India, the default settings usually won't. Under what conditions are you able to use the internet? With the Vonage box in place and the computer plugged into it, with the Vonage box removed and the computer plugged directly into the DSL modem, or something else?

Did you originally set up the service or did someone else set up the VT2442?

Keep in mind that one source of aid is you internet service provider. If the ISP is worth a hoot, they should be willing to help you set up a router, which is what the VT2442 is- Vonage needn't be mentioned. Getting the routing function working correctly usually gets the phone working as well.
