Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. If you got the router from Vonage, you probably can't get into the router to change any configs. that's why it's always best to buy the phone adapter on your own.

Anyway, assuming you can get it to it, try opening a browser to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.15.1 ... both or one should work.
Go to the Applications and Gaming tab, and select an application for your xbox, if it's listed. If not, you mayhave to manually add it.

You will then need to go into the DMZ part of that section and enable DMZ, but you will need to define an address for your xBox... do this from the xBox and then enter the address you defined in the DMZ tab.

If you do not know anything about DHCP or static addresses, I would not recommend doing anything, because you could screw up your xBox. You need to define an IP address for your xBox so that the router knows where to send the packets coming in from the internet meant to go to your xBox. If you have not defined an addrss, this could be the cause of your problems to begin with.

I don't know anything about the xBox, and I'm sure I've left you more stumped than before, but I'm trying to help. There are a lot of variables I just don't know about the xBox.

Let me know if I've totally confused you and if there are any other xBox folks out there who know more about this, feel free to jump in.
