Some who have posted here do not understand the problem.

I do, and I am glad to see that I am not the only one asking this!

We get spoiled with these features and sometimes expect more than we get!

I would hope that Vonage could write it into their software to have the system look at the number calling, and IF it is the number that "Simulring" is set to, then ignore the Simulring command for that call and ring the Vonage phone only.

I am no programmer, but I would think this could be done somehow. Would it involve both the Vonage server and the my RT31P2? This could make it a little more confusing!

We all understand that this is not a bug, but rather a unanticipated effect that perhaps could be addressed by the Vonage engineers!

I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a Vonage tech support guy (Very nice guy) and I could not make him understand what I was even asking about! Probably was my problem... but read through some of these replys and it becomes evident that not even everyone who has posted here understands what the thread starter was asking about!

BTW... My cell service is Cellular One.

My question is "Why would she need to call home, to speak to someone there"? If that
She's calling home to speak to someone here. The call only rings at home once simultaneously

There is no way to configure the number of rings on the cell phone in this particular
The only thing I can suggest then is to TOTALLY disable the cell phone voicemail.
