So, here is a strange one. Our network has two Bufflalo wireless routers on it (wired together and forming a common wireless net). Connection is through Comcast and we see 6MBits/sec consistently. Here is the bizarre part: we have two Vonage devices hanging off of this configuration. My device is a VT2442; the other is a VT2142. My device has been in my possession for well over a year and has been working flawlessly. In fact, I moved with this device cross-country, and it has been performing without fail on this new network. However, the VT2142 is a new device for my roommate's phone and fax, and she sees problems with calls and faxes. Specifically, she experiences the following: **Intermittent problem with calls dropping **Intermittent problems with faxes not being received (however, when I fax from work it *always* works) **Intermittent problems sending faxes **Intermittent problem with not hearing anyone on the line when answering or making a call ("can you hear me? can you hear me now?" I have tested this line over and over, and the simple truth is that the line connection through Comcast is solid - in fact, it screams. I have rebuilt the network with new routers AND replaced the telephone, and still she experiences these problems. Anybody ever seen this before? If so, what is the solution? If not, any recommendation on what I have to tell the Vonage folks overseas to get to one of the techs? Many thanks in advance, Chris
