So far (only a few sends and receives) I've had pretty good success using the HP 5510 all-in-one on Vonage (regular line, not separate fax line). Once, I needed to turn ECM off to send a fax-otherwise, efforts have gone through with ECM on and without any tweaking.
In case I (eventually) need to adjust the baud rate, however, does anyone know what the 9600 "code" is for the 5510? The "starting" code is "26," which presumably equates to 33600 baud. One poster, for the 6110, suggests the 9600 code for that machine is "2." Another poster, for an HP D135, suggests that the "starting" code is "26" and the 9600 code is "6". Since otherwise both machines access the baud rate the same way as does the 5510 (press * and # at the same time; press 1, 2, 3; go to system configeration; go to r/w parameter; press 1, 5, 3, then enter-at which point the default "26" shows), I'm assuming the 9600 baud code is the same as one of the other machines-but one suggests "2" and the other suggests "6". Any ideas as to which one is correct for the 5510?

• Have the 5510. Here is what I did. Made all the changes in the programming mode posted
