So far, I haven't heard a good, repeatable report from anyone on any of the adapters claiming that they can do functional QoS. It works for most people, frankly, because they don't put any overwhelming upstream load on their Internet connections while on the phone. The V-Portal may be different, I don't know. But if it has functional QoS, as far as I know it would be the very first Vonage router/adapter to offer such a thing.
