So are you saying that regulars are somehow better than newbies?? Are you saying that regulars, since they are probably used to all the screwups, are better customers than newbies? If so, then hogwash!

Vonage is simply an incarnation of a service that is overly promised and under-delivered. People are used to great service from POTS lines, and for Vonage to come in and offer a substandard service means they are going to have to answer for it.....especially when the big phone and cable companies enter the business and wipe out Vonage.

Even now the company is 600 people short of what they need to service their existing customers....yet they are out there wildly selling it to new customers.

Just try calling as a new customer...you will get thru in seconds. Then try calling in as an existing paying customer....you will wait sometimes for an hour...or get no answer at all....or a busy signal.

Phone service is a commodity service, and Vonage is no where near offering a good commodity service.
