Vonage Skype phones will not work with Vonage, as skype uses different software technology
Skype phones will not work with Vonage, as skype uses different software technology than standard voip phones - that phone won't work.
The vonage softphone uses SIP, and "unofficially" you can get standard SIP phones to work with vonage. vonage doesn't support using non-vonage phones, but it's doable if you know how to set it up.
To use the v-phone wirelessly, you could look into a long range bluetooth headset like the Sennheiser BW900. Otherwise you'd need to setup softphone with either a wifi SIP handset or a SIP deskphone with a DECT handset. Wifi is nice since you don't need a base station, but they are often finicky to setup on unfamiliar netwoks (see below wifi voip phone). DECT (this is normal cordless phone frequency) works by setting up SIP base station connecting to vonage, and use a handset to connect like a normal cordless phone (see below sip/dect voip phone).
