Vonage Since your Ready LED does not show anything at all, the base unit might have become

Since your Ready LED does not show anything at all, the base unit might have become defective. The only activity you display is the off hook indicating the handset is communicating with the base unit but the base unit may not be communicating with Vonage.

Here's the LED breakdown.

LED Action Condition
In Use On Handset 1 is off hook
In Use Blinking An Extension handset (any handset that isn't Handset 1) is off hook
Message Waiting Blinking Voicemail received
Ready Solid Red Internet service currently not available, no connection to the ISP. (Wait for the connection to be completed OR ensure ISP configuration is correct OR contact ISP for assistance)
Ready Blinking Red Error condition not related to ISP connection.
Ready On - Yellow Connecting to Vonage
Ready Blinking Yellow Connecting to Vonage - DO NOT UNPLUG POWER
Ready On - Green Line ready to use
Ready Blinking - Green Software upgrade in process (may make and receive calls)
WAN port - Green LED Off No WAN link/activity
WAN port - Green LED On WAN connected
WAN port - Green LED Blinking WAN activity detected
WAN port - Yellow LED Off Connection Speed - 10Mbps
WAN port - Yellow LED On Connection Speed - 100Mbps
LAN port - Green LED Off No LAN link/activity
LAN port - Green LED On LAN connected
LAN port - Green LED Blinking LAN activity detected
