Since yesterday, I can't make any outgoing calls with Vonage. Apparently can receive them (though the quality didn't seem great). When I go to dial, I get a dial tone, but every number comes back with a fast busy (and the phone light on router goes from solid to blinking).

I've got Charter Cable, with the cable going to Motorola Surfboard SB5100 modem, then to Linksys RT31P2, then to computer and Netgear wireless router.

Oddly enough (since I can't make calls) I got a decent score on testyourvoip.

I've rebooted countless times over the last 18 hours or so, no luck. Don't have another phone to use to call Vonage (if that would even do any good). Any advice? Please?
