Vonage Rennoc, from what you've said I assume that the phone light is out but internet
Rennoc, from what you've said I assume that the phone light is out but internet access through the RTP300 is OK. Is that correct? Does the forum VoIP test run on a computer plugged into the RTP?
Have there been any changes/updates to the hardware firewall? Can it be disabled for a few minutes after hours?
