Pretty sure the telephone interface portion of my RTP300 is dead but thought I'd ask for opinions...
I have a single phone on an RTP300, networked to a WRT54G router on a 3MB DSL network. The internet connection is working normally, no issues. Power, Internet, and Phone-1 lights on the RTP300 are glowing steady and normal but there's no dialtone, no noise, nothing at all on the phone. I've tried different phones, no difference. Calling my Vonage number sounds normal as if it's connected to the network, but the phone itself doesn't ring.
I've rebooted the RTP300, reset it with the reset button, etc - no difference.
Opinions/suggestions?
