Port your number. Tons of other providers, Voip and POTS, offer and support toll free. Routers are cheap - and if you're running a business you probably shouldn't be using the consumer level stuff Vonage gives you - or at least have a spare for backup.

Again, if the features are important to you, they are easy to get. It'd probably take less time to change providers than to post that you're unhappy about the lack of Vonage features.

That's one of the best things about Voip. You're no longer stuck with just your local POTS or CLEC. You have a literal ton of choices.
