Please post the technical details listed in the sticky message at the top of the forum. You can do the VoIP tests by just plugging your computer directly into your modem, without the RT31P2. Make sure that you hold the RT31P2 reset button in for at least 30 seconds. Set your computer to get its IP dynamically, plug it into an RT31P2 LAN port, and you should be able to get to the admin page.
