Vonage Please forgive my frustration. I'm looking for a brief, effective fax solution.

Please forgive my frustration. I'm looking for a brief, effective fax solution. I don't have hours to spend searching for and fiddling with VoIP/fax features.

My wife needs a fax machine 24/7 for her business. [Cant' use a solution of turning on and off various Vonage features like voicemail.] Local telco is *very expensive*. Vonage is great for cost & features, except for this fax thing.

My best alternative right now seems to be eFax or WinFax+Concord Technologies (about the same as eFax). A search for reviews of eFax shows that their customer service is very poor, so I'm hesitant to use eFax.

I've sent Vonage an email asking them what *they* recommend for fax equipment...do they have a solution that they know will work? They acknowledged receiving the questions, but have not replied further after several days. They apparently don't have an answer.

So - my questions to this forum's collective knowledge bank -
* Is there a fax machine that is known to work with Voip? Reliable operation.
* Does Vonage acknowledge that there is a problem with fax machines over Voip?
* Does Vonage have a specific plan and timeline for a solution to get faxes working? [Just how much can they afford to spend on repetitive support calls on the same persistent issues?]
