Please describe how you currently have it configured and what is happening in a little more detail.

At the NID, you should connect all of the blue wires together and you should connect all the white wires together. When you plug the adapter into a phone jack all of the phone jacks should have dial tone.

If they don't then disconnect wires in the NID and see what jacks have dialtone. I would suggest at that point that you buy a modular jack and temporarily install it in the NID. This can help you determine what wires have Vonage dial tone. You can then connect the remaining wires to that jack and check for dial tone again.

If you don't get dial tone at that point you have a wiring problem. Post your results and we can go from there.
