I have Comcast, and when I am using file sharing apps, even with the up bandwidth very low (10 KBs out of 50+KBs possible), and no download traffic at all, I still get very large "jitter" (based on Voip speed tests). It appears to me that Comcast (whether intentionally, or not) is doing something that causes jitter (resulting in choppy conversations) when even a moderate amount of up bandwidth is used (for P2P?).
Unless this device works in some way that I can not imagine, it would not help me.
