Oops! I'm truly sorry that I started this thread - I certainly didn't intend to raise such a tempest in this little teapot..

At least I know that I'm not senile. Some users have been able to call Vonage and get the feature turned on - the person with whom I spoke was obviously not one of the reps who knows how.

As a whole, I've been extremely happy with my Vonage service in the year and a half that I've had it. I've had virtually no problems with it - it works, and works well, as advertised. I'm just a bit baffled as to why they've still yet to offer a feature, however, that appears to be offered by virtually all other Voip providers.

I hope it comes soon - very soon!
