One last though, if your M1000 modem/router is acting like a true NAT router, you may need to set the DNS and Gateway to it (192.168.1.1), rather than the Vonage devices ip of (192.16.15.1). For Instance in my case the Cable modem has an IP of 192.168.100.1, but the Vonage device picks up the public IP, Gateway and DNS from it (on the WAN side), not 192,168.100.2 . Then referencing my vonage router as the Gateway and DNS (LAN side) , it passes on the public adresses it has from the Cable modem. So in your case, the Gateway and DNS fpr the DHCP should be the M1000 modem/router' adress of 192.168.1.1
