Vonage On some calls, all of a sudden, the caller will not be able to hear me. I have to hang

On some calls, all of a sudden, the caller will not be able to hear me. I have to hang up and call them back. It has started happening so frequently that I have to warn people about the possibility of it happening. After reading another post (http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic21378.html+cannot+hear), it looks like my problem could be a bad router. How can I determine if the router is bad? I've tried calling Vonage at 866-243-4357 but haven't been able to speak to anybody yet. They couldn't hear me, go figure. :( 1. Your location - Cincinnati Ohio 2. Your ISP name and type (cable, DSL, wireless etc) TW - Cable 3. Upload (459 Kbps) and download (2299 Kbps) speeds 4. Modem make and model Toshiba PCX1000 5. Type of Vonage adapter used ie RT31P2 or PAP2 DLink-VWR 6. Setup of Network ie Modem->Vonage Adapter->PC Toshiba->DLink-VWR->PC 7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio etc Caller cannot hear me after a while. 8. Run this VoIP Test: After the test has fully completed, in the Advanced Tab, click on "View Text" in the lower right hand corner. Copy-N-Paste that data into your post. [B]Download speed 2299 Kbps (socket test) Upload speed 459 Kbps (socket test) Quality of service 52 % Maximum pause 149 ms Round trip time 42 ms Upstream jitter 3.1 ms Upstream packet loss 0 % Upstream packet order 100 % Upstream discards 0 % Downstream jitter 0.0 ms

DLink-VWR Caller cannot hear me after a while

Your test results point to an ISP problem. What are your ISP's advertised speeds?
What kind of phone are you using? 2.4 GHz cordless phones with wireless routers
The speed test results indicate that I can have up to 6 VoIP connections at a time.
I had this same issue when I moved to my new house with a new router (Honeywell) installed
Beckett07, the 5.8 GHz cordless should not be an issue. I would, however, unplug
I use time warner in cincinnati and after getting vonage, I was advised by someone
Your network configuration does not make sense. Is Toshiba another computer
Thanks for everybody who responded! I called the cable company who insisted
